Annual Meetings 2026

The Meeting of Parishioners (Vestry Meeting) and the Annual Parochial Church Meeting (APCM) for St Mary's Church Great Dunmow, will take place on Sunday 3rd May at 12noon in St Mary's Church.

There are vacancies for PCC Members and Deanery Synod Representatives and anyone interested in serving in these roles should speak to Revd Tom ideally before 26/04/26. 

The Electoral Roll will be revised ahead of the meeting. Anyone not currently on the Electoral Roll of either church who wishes to apply must do so before the deadline of 26/04/26 as follows. Contact Debbie Ryley or the Church Office.

The Annual Meeting's for St Andrew's Barnston will be held on Sunday 27th May at St Andrew's Church during a service of Evening Prayer at 6pm. Papers for the meeting will be published nearer the time and can be accessed by following this link.
